•To advise on health and safety issues Implementation to the site management, supervisors and health and safety manger.•Conduct training sessions for management, supervisors and workers on healthand safety practices and legislation.•Scheduled, conducted and participated in fire drills and disaster planprocedures and requirements.•Prepare and deliver daily toolbox meeting programs at site.•Make monthly inspection of moving equipment, power tools and fireextinguishers, Ladders etc.Develop observations of unsafe practices and take actions to closeout.•Monitor lifting operations, Excavation/Trenches safety, work at height, hot work activities and confined space entry etc.•Assist manager in investigating accidents and recommendations of hazardous conditions.•Provide firstaid cure to the victims at site and communicate with nurse for further treatment.•Make sure that personal protective equipment is being used in workplacesaccording to regulations.•Train,lead and engage all team members of housekeeping staff to perform their job at highest level.

•Supervise in the implementation of client HSE procedures, guidelines and environmental management plan for construction activities.•Prepare and deliver daily toolbox talk meetings programs at site.•Prepare and Implementation of PTW system.•Make sure that personal protective equipment’s is being used in workplace according to requirements.•keeping work areas neat and orderly, maintaining all work areas free of slip trip falls hazards and removing of all waste materials.•Inspect and test machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safetyRegulations.Monitoring of lifting operations, work at height and hot work activities.•Monitoring the workforce for any unsafe act/condition to prevent unwanted event.•Coordinate and assist first aider & emergency response team.Assist manager in accident investigation and recommendations to fix hazardous situations.

•Implementation of client HSE procedures and guidelines.•coordinate and conduct all onsite hse meetings, awareness sessions and toolbox talks to ensure client requirements as well as safe execution of activities.•Assist team lead in developing and implementing HSE training programs including emergency Response plan and work permit procedures.•To conduct HSE induction and orientation to new employees and visitors reporting to site.•To conduct monthly inspection of fire fighting equipment’s, power tools, vehicles inspections, firstAID materials and general site inspections.To assist in implementation and compliance of HSE procedures- monitoring of hot work, Lifting operations, confined space entry and Lock out Tag out system.Take part in incident/accident investigation reports.•Work with housekeeping team to ensure high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in all working areas.
