I support Spanning the Gaps - Transition Foundations Year Program students to achieve their academic goals. I monitor student progress, assist with specific concerns and refer students to the appropriate resources and support services within the university to address needs.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with organizations in a variety of sectors and industries in order to develop high quality and innovative professional, project, research, or service focused experiential learning opportunities for students• Created administrative frameworks and procedures to track and support experiential opportunities• Defined evaluation methodology for all stakeholders in order to continuously assess and evaluate feedback to identify improvement areas• Work with legal counsel to prepare and revise new and existing partnership agreements; ensure that risk management measures and processes are followed to satisfy compliance with internal and external policies and laws• Serve as The Chang School’s representative at campus-wide experiential learning meetings• Implement strategies for EL marketing and communications to attract and retain excellent students and experiential learning opportunity partners• Guest Lecturer: Nutrition Interprofessional Placement Education course, (CFNP 400)

• Compiled and wrote nomination packages for Faculty members who won international and national research awards • Liaised between Faculty departments, the Dean’s Office and the VP, Research Office to generate compelling international and national research award nomination packages • Wrote about technical research from a wide range of disciplines for a variety of audiences to produce successful awards nominations in order to enhance U of T’s international profile

• Counseled hundreds of applicants on admission requirements, deadlines, financial aid, awards and scholarships• Identified opportunities, via research and liaison, for the Faculty to host and participate in student-focused outreach learning programs, workshops and events• Established and maintained a network of contacts with relevant stakeholders to support student recruitment and admission strategies• Planned and evaluated outreach activities, including liaising with schools and professional Faculty department representatives and incorporated feedback resulting in program improvements and policy changes• Administered pilot, extracurricular academic enrichment programs which became established and grew due to their popularity
