As an Intern, I assisted in research work for ongoing cases by analysing the facts and case laws to determine possible defences for clients. Researched statutes, decisions, cases and codes and Conducted background investigations on defendant.

Working in an Ed-tech start up legal industry I researched on various areas of law relating to Labour Law, Companies Act, Contract Act, Negotiation Instrument Act, etc and also prepared assignment topics for students of different Lawsikho courses.

As an Intern, I assisted in research work for ongoing cases on Code of Civil Procedure, Industrial Dispute Act, Companies Act, Transfer of Property Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Limitation Act, etc. and also attended proceedings at Mumbai High Court.

As an Intern, I assisted in research work for ongoing cases on Indian Penal Code, Negotiable Instrument Act, Code of Criminal Procedure; attended proceedings at Vadodara District Court and Consumer Forum; observed Cross examination by defence; presentation of bail application.

As an Intern I made monthly reports of the performances of Elmex Controls Pvt. Ltd. I also conducted stock audit of Elmex Controls Pvt. Ltd and verified TDS filed by client companies.
