Patient Care Coordination: - Act as the primary liaison between doctors, nurses, and patients within the new-borns care unit. - Observing the treatment patients receive by closely monitoring and documenting the care provided by doctors. - Regularly update and inform families about the care and condition of their new-borns. - Assist in resolving any concerns or questions raised by patients or their families.2. Administrative Duties: - Handle occasional billing tasks related to patient care in the new-borns department. - Efficiently manage incoming calls, including taking messages, scheduling appointments, and providing information as required. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all treatments and interventions provided to new-born’s. - Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure smooth operations within the new-borns unit.3. Patient Experience Enhancement: - Welcome new parents and their new-born’s with a specially curated gift basket, contributing to a positive hospital experience. - Conduct regular feedback sessions with patients and their families to gauge their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. - Implement changes or enhancements in the department based on patient feedback.4. Team Collaboration: - Work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure the highest standards of new-borns care. - Participate in departmental meetings to discuss patient care plans, departmental policies, and workflow improvements.
