-Identifying stuffing needs by acquiring information about job vacancies such as detailed JD, employment conditions, salary & benefits from concerned SBUs.-Preparing & posting Job advertisements and initiating talent sourcing through social media, job boards, internet sourcing, CV banks and other technical means to source appropriate candidates for job openings.-Arranging primary assessment, recruitment tests, interviews to determine candidate competency and suitability for the specific job.-Planning, preparing and executing policies regarding workplace safety, grievance handling, environmental policy, whistle-blowing and harassment as per the labor law.-Developing employee handbook, inter-organizational memos, designing organizational structure, agreements, contracts, manpower planning and process mapping.-Planning, executing and ensuring preparation of Job Description for each position in entire organization-Planning & executing employee induction to make them properly learn about the company, necessary policies & procedures, employee benefits, conditions of service and salary.-Having a proper understanding of labor law & industry legislations regarding employment agreements, salary & benefits, settlement procedures and effectively interpreting them to handle dispute/grievance.-Regularly updating employee records, including personal information, job details, performance evaluations, and training certifications in HRIS.-Ensuring accurate information is regularly recorded in the HRIS regarding employee information, attendance, leave, transfer allowance etc.
