Supported project's transition to SCRUM. Increased the role's portfolio adding CM (Configuration Management) and PO (Product Owner) positions under my team. By doing that, I was able to increase the number of collocated SCRUM teams which improved communication and collaboration generating better results. Responsible for leading major releases across locations - working close with SCRUM teams and other managers generating reports to track the progress (user stories, defects, regression) and coordinating actions to achieve the expected results.
