Following my successes upon re-joining the company, I was promoted to continue driving program growth while leading international and domestic offices, including a 10-person team. ➟ Fueled post-recession program growth between 2013 and 2019 of 114%, resulting in significant profit increase YOY.➟ Worked closely with embassies and countries to repatriate 600 students within 4 months amid the onset of the pandemic (COVID).➟ Nurture relationships with US Department of State, global partners, and vendors leading to partnership growth by 155% YOY. Translated government regulatory requirements into a functional and streamlined business plan to achieve aligned outcomes across stakeholders.➟ Led product market launch in LATAM to promote the winter program, achieving 10% program growth within 1 year.

In 2013, I was recruited back to the company after my previous 4-year tenure (2008 to 2012) to revitalize the program. ➟ Executed multi-functional growth tactics by coaching customer executives, partnering with global offices, and working with government entities to turn around the program from operating in the red to profitable within 1 year.➟ Analyzed program roadblocks by conducting a needs assessment; gathered feedback from prospective participants via company’s international offices and worked with the employer partners to understand their needs. ➟ Reversed public perception that foreign students took jobs away from Americans by working closely with a DC-based advocacy group and visiting the Capitol to lobby support and bring awareness of its importance to seasonal business.➟ Expanded the company’s footprint in South America, driving a 25% increase in participants hailing from Central and South America, by proactively reaching out to these countries to cultivate relationships and match their students.
