Founded Virginia Chapter of this national organization which strives to serve the homeless and those struggling with food insecurity through community service. This is done working alongside food banks, homeless shelters, and other outreach programs such as Henrico Community Food Bank and FeedMore.

Assisted Veterans to their appointments (with a wheelchair), checked them into their appointments and talked to their doctor. Volunteered at the front desk, answered questions/phone calls, and assisted veterans and their families. Shadowed doctors within the radiology department and helped with MRI scanning.

Worked in the Autonomic Disorder Department at VCU with Dr.Chelimsky and his research team. Aided in the development and initiation of creating data models and visuals to determine if a correlation was existent between Myofascial Pelvic Pain and Interstitial Cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome and the Autonomic nervous system (both parasympathetic and sympathetic).
