At Esparlous, our unwavering focus was on embracing innovation and technology to create exceptional built environments.We enthusiastically chose Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit as our main tools when they weren't yet extensively used in Iran's construction sector at the time. This strategic choice of technology-driven solutions across all design stages, from concept to detail, enabled us to efficiently manage complex, large-scale projects.We helped and trained architects to become proficient in these cutting-edge tools, leveraging their advantages for detailed 3D modeling, construction simulation, data integration, and project management.Our mission was client-centric, emphasizing high-quality work with minimized errors and shorter project durations. This strategic approach led to substantial cost savings and enhanced decision-making.During my time at Esparlous, our dedicated team of 18 professionals underwent a transformation, evolving into a highly skilled group of architects and technical designers. This transformation enabled us to successfully deliver over 2,200,000 square meters of projects, including an impressive 850,000-square-meter mixed-use building in Mashhad, Iran.Our experience with these advanced technologies extended our reach to international collaborations, establishing Esparlous as a leader in the market. In my capacity as an Architectural Designer, I specialized in conducting comprehensive feasibility studies, playing a pivotal role in project initiation and planning. My responsibilities spanned from pre-concept design, focused on securing client approvals, to the concept design stage, vital for obtaining regulatory permits. My adaptability to varying project requirements often involved providing customized proposal drawings based on our feasibility analyses. Meeting these demands within tight 1-2-week timelines was a defining aspect of my role.I led the design and analysis of an impressive 852,000 sq. m of luxurious residential, office, and mixed-use buildings, ranging from 8 to 25 stories in height. Additionally, I had the privilege of designing Air Arabia's head office, training academy, and recreation facilities, totalling 35,000 sq. m. Eager to broaden my horizons, I aimed to contribute to cutting-edge architectural initiatives, gaining invaluable insights into the dynamic realm of international design and construction.A transformative project that profoundly influenced my international architectural trajectory was my involvement with Archcorp Architectural Engineering in the design of the Atlantis Hotel's Management & Staff Accommodation—an assemblage of 17-story edifices spanning a Built-Up Area of 122,000 sqm. It was meticulously conceived to offer contemporary, high-standard lodgings for approximately 4000 families.As a senior architect, my role encompassed diverse responsibilities, collaborating alongside my skilled colleague, We directed and coordinated a team of 4 architects and 8 drafters. My tasks included:-Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and owners throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design to construction documentation, to meet client and project goals.-Ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.-Coordinating and overseeing architects and drafters to fulfill project requirements.-Monitoring project scope, schedule, and status.-Conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and criteria, and crafting comprehensive reports, calculations, and detailed design and construction documents.-Presenting plans for permit approvals.-Preparing material specifications.The Atlantis, The Palm—a luxurious resort on Palm Jumeirah island in Dubai—stands as a testament to unique architecture, opulent aquatic features, and lavish facilities. This outstanding endeavour was realized with the support of Istithmar World—an esteemed Dubai-based investment firm and subsidiary of Dubai World, known for its diverse portfolio across global markets and sectors.

I had the unique opportunity to independently undertake a contract project focused on the "General and Non-Industrial Support Buildings of Isfahan's 3500 tons-cement factory," closely collaborating with SANO Consulting Engineers in Tehran, Iran. This engagement played a pivotal role in my professional journey, representing my initial experience managing an independent contract project.My services encompassed comprehensive architectural design and detailed drawings, ranging from the project's conceptual phase to the creation of construction plans for the designated buildings. These structures included administration buildings, guest houses, banks, and restaurants, culminating in a combined built-up area totaling 12,800 sq.m. Throughout this endeavor, I adeptly facilitated the architectural design process from a remote setting, ensuring seamless coordination by actively engaging in meetings with diverse consultants and engineers specializing in various disciplines. This experience not only honed my adaptability to changes, precision in time management, and budgeting skills but also promoted the development of my expertise in Space Planning, Functional Analysis, Material Knowledge, Technical Drawing Communication, and Aesthetic Sensibility.These experiences provided profound insights into the intricacies of architectural design and equipped me with valuable expertise in remote project management, seamless coordination across multiple disciplines, and effective stakeholder engagement.

A mixed-use building encompassing commercial, office, and residential spaces with an expansive area of 400,000 sq.m.A significant 45-hectare Residential-Recreational Development in Iran, comprising various functionalities: residential (60%)—including 120 villas and 16 apartment blocks, each with 4 stories and 10 units—hotels (20%), sports (15%), and performing complexes (5%).In these projects, my role entailed developing architectural concept designs, creating both 2D drawings and 3D models, presenting design proposal concepts, collaborating with the project team, providing mentorship to junior colleagues, and ensuring timely project delivery.
