Fuel System Development for the Seastar CD2 Aircraft Project

1. Involved in N219 project life cycle from Preliminary Design Review until Certification.2. Involved in N219A Preliminary Design Phase which is N219 with additional float and minor modification.3. Involved in development of fuel system and maintain communication with supplier.4. Conduct verification and validation process to showing compliance with airworthiness regulation (CASR 23 in equivalent with EASA CS23).5. Familiar with ARP4754 for aircraft development process.

1. Achieve Type Certificate of the N219, 19-seater commuter aircraft based on CASR Part 23 in equivalent with EASA CS23 and contribute as one of project leaders.2. Lead for about 20-member group. Consist of avionics, electrics, mechanical and environment system test for conduct verification and validation process by strong leadership and good communication skills.3. Collaborate with Project Management Officers and Program Manager to define work packages (Activity, Item, Schedule, procurement, and Budget) to be delivered/achieved in the project milestone and maintain its progress using Ms. Office Tools.

During modernization and modification of CN235-220 Aircraft with full glass cockpit (Avionics System), Propulsion and Fuel System Indication also affected in terms of Engine Indicating and Crew Alerting System. As propulsion and related system ground test engineer, I was involved in this project. Such as:1. Involved in project life cycle from Conceptual Design Phase until Certification.2. Involved in development of fuel system architecture.3. Perform fuel system troubleshooting activities during development of CN235-220M Next-G Avionics System Integration with fuel system.4. Conduct verification and validation process to make sure the system is complied with airworthiness regulation (CASR25 in equivalent with EASA CS25).
