The façade systems comprise, curtain glass, stone cladding, precast panels, GRC and GRP panels…..Projects are as follows:• Design Consultancy Services for Housing Construction Works for Diar Dushanbe -Tajikistan: Handling the façade structural design and coordination for a building comprising Precast and GRC cladding in a very high seismic zone area.• Hamad International Airport Expansion Project Transfer Baggage Facility-Qatar: Reviewing the façade design of the building and in some cases redesigning the façade as per the updated scope. The façade scope comprised Standing seam roofs and Sandwiched Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding. • Beirut Explosion Survey-Lebanon: Led the structural and façade survey on the buildings which were majorly affected by the immense explosion that hit Beirut on the 4th of August 2021.• Mataf and Shamiya expansion Project (Makkah Haram expansion)-Saudi Arabia: The scope comprised reviewing bids and prequalifications related to various architectural façade systems including but not limited to, cladding, louvers, screens, ceilings…. Also led a team of engineers to review façade calculation submittals and material submittals for various façade systems

Responsible for the structural design, design review, and analysis of reinforced concrete structures. Leading teams of structural engineers, handling coordination with other departments, and developing structural drawings and structural reports. Preparing, method of measurement, bill of quantities, cost estimates and specifications, calculations, and other technical documents and maintaining quality procedures.Projects are as follows: • DXB-Dubai-Concourse (B-C) – UAE: Handling the structural design related to the proposed connectivity enhancement by adding travellators. The Structural work considered cutting PT beams, demolishing existing walls, and transferring loads by planting additional walls and columns and strengthening existing beams and slabs to support the additional loads. (2019-2020).• Horticultural Expo 2021 - Qatar: Handling the structural design of a Multifunctional building with BUA of approximately 3,500 to 4,000 m2 and an outdoor area of 1300m2-(2019)• Umm Al-Hayman Wastewater Treatment Plant - Kuwait: Handling the structural design of the wastewater treatment 2017-2018 - Phase-1 500,000m3/day with ultimate capacity of 700,000m3/day - TSE reservoir and pumping Station within Um Al Hayman Site, pump station capacity is 7.9m3/s• Al-Maktoum International Airport (AMI)- Dubai/UAE: Handling the design of the three Nodes and Node connections of Concourse 1 at Al-Maktoum International Airport. Each Node has 2 to 3 basements, 5 floors above the apron, and a structural steel roof. The minimum, grid spacing is 12m. In special cases, the span of some columns could reach 30 m. Lots of complexities due to the presence of transfer slabs and transfer beams are encountered. In some nodes, tension plies are required to counterbalance uplift.

The scope of work comprises restoration and retrofitting of existing 2nd-degree historical buildings including underpinning to allow for a basement under 120 years’ masonry building. Total built-up area: 10,788 m²• Renaissance Plaza, Côte d’Ivoire. Detailed design office building in addition to retail areas and parking. Total built-up area: 40,571 m²• Al Maktoum International (AMI) District Cooling Plants, UAE. Detailed design and tender documents for two Energy Centres (EC) Total built-up area 82,000 m².• Al Maktoum International (AMI) Eight Standby Emergency Power Plants, UAE: To supply the essential, critical, and life safety electrical loads. Each plant is a stand-alone building in a plot area of around 8000 m2.• Jumeirah Beach Projects District Cooling Plant, Dubai, UAE. Detailed design Built-up area 728,000 m².• National Guard Health Affairs (NGHA) Specialized Hospitals in Riyadh, Jeddah Regions, Saudi Arabia. Detailed design and tender documents for 2 hospital complexes are as follows: - Maternity Hospital-Riyadh: Built-up area of 67,580 m² (300 beds). - Neuroscience and Trauma Care Centre-Jeddah: Built-up area of 46,615 m² (176 beds).Details of the remaining projects can be provided upon request

Handling the Structural design and coordination for Mixed-use Development at Bausher, Oman.• Leading a Team of four engineers and two draftsmen to deliver challenging projects on time • Handling the coordination with different trades. • Preparing Calculations, Reports, Specifications and BOQsMixed-use Development at Bausher, Oman: Design for eight-story residential buildings, a large nine-story commercial/office building, the Public Authority of Social Insurance headquarters building, and basement levels for car-parking and services. Total built-up area: 202,059 m².

Leading teams of structural concrete designers, handling coordination with other departments, developing structural drawings, and structural reports, method of measurement, bill of quantities, cost estimates and specifications, preparing calculations, and technical documents, and maintaining quality procedures.Other than handling projects as a group leader, I was involved in managing the details of the office, maintaining software, organizing technical seminars, maintaining quality procedures, and providing technical assistance.• La Plage South Project at the Pearl, Qatar: Structural design for 12 residential buildings with a total of 900 apartments and 2 retail buildings, including all infrastructure utilities, internal road network, irrigation, landscaping, and car-parking (1,700 stalls). Total built-up area: 300,000 m². • Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) - Building Works, Saudi Arabia: Educational complex with a total built-up area of 2.8 million m² and a student enrolment of 40,000. Handled the structural design of Stadium, Schools, and Gates. • Disi-Mudawarra to Amman Water Conveyance System: To facilitate the supply of additional urban water to the Greater Amman Area from the Disi aquifer south of Jordan and convey water to Amman, at approximately 325km. The system conveys an annual flow of 100 million cubic meters (MCM). • Design Review for King Abdullah Financial District, Saudi Arabia: Designed to become the largest financial center in the Middle East. Reviewed the Structural design for eight parcels related out of 34 parcels. The project includes more than 3 million m² of spaces for various uses, 61,000 parking spaces, and accommodation for 12,000 residents.

Worked as a structural project engineer and structural concrete designer, preparing BOQs for Towers and Buildings and infrastructure projects. • St Regis Hotel and Residential Towers, Qatar: Design for a mixed-use development consisting of, a 5-star hotel, Twin Towers, two residential buildings, Circular Tower for car-parking with a total built-up area of 247,195 m². Handled the structural design of the Twin Towers which consists of a podium, and 16 upper floors comprising 276 apartments. Total built-up area of 49,925.• The Pearl - Centers for Facility Management, Qatar: Structural design and tender documents for several buildings accommodating the administration offices, emergency call center, fire station, medical center, workshops, storage, and other facilities for the operation and maintenance staff of the Pearl Project. The total built-up areas exceed 35,000 m². • Clarifiers, Water tanks, and other Environmental Structures in IRAQ
