JOB DESCRPITION:Technical Duties:• To increase access network availability by following up NOC access cases and provide minimum time to solve the problem. • To communicate/escalate vendors to address and resolve network troubles. • To communicate and coordinate with suppliers to tune and enhance network operations. • To coordinate with other network teams (Provisioning and Engineering) to take hand of the new projects and network setup enhancement. • To recommend changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate policies and procedures. • To maintain communications with staffs and management to ensure that work is delivered on time. • To monitor and maintain network to ensure uptime requirements and establish effective communication procedures with other units during outages, following up after problems are resolved and documenting problems and resolutions. • To assist in development and growth of a cross-functional team environment. • To perform any other duties requested by the Direct Manager. • Technical LeadSupervisory Duties:• To determine unit work objectives and set work priorities for subordinate supervisors. • To provide supervisors and employees with all the necessary technical support and guidance within the department. • To identify staff training needs and recommend the proper training modules for eligible individuals.• To liaise with employees on regular basis to discuss work progress towards achieving objectives.

JOB DESCRPITION:• Team leader, Time management, and decision making inside NOC department.• Monitoring and troubleshooting the main network of TE-DATA (Cisco, juniper, Alcatel, Huawei (DSLAMS&MSANs), ZTE (MSAN)), GPON products).• Distributing tasks on team members and guiding them in any technical problem related to LEASED LINES, DSL, DPI, and CORE NETWORK.• Provisioning and troubleshooting Leased lines on Cisco and Juniper routers and on DSLAMs: Internet Lines & Data Lines include Layer2 connections (frame relay & ATM) and MPLS VPN layer 3.

Vendors are (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel, Zhone, Zyxel, Huawei, Ad Tran…)• Monitoring and troubleshooting the main network of TE-DATA.• Monitoring, troubleshooting and configuration support for leased lines.• Troubleshooting and configuration support for ADSL (Huawei & Alcatel).• Deal with Cisco & juniper Routers (T&M series).• Dslams (ATM, MINI and IPDSLAM) troubleshooting• Reporting per service performance.• Leased line provisioning and troubleshooting..• Configure ALCATEL DSLAMS ( IP & ATM )• Configure Huawei DSLAMS ( 5100/3 & 5600 )
