1.Ensure Pre –production (PP) sample fabrication with approval.2.Ensure fabrics in- house on time & all fabrics inventory with factory3.Conduct random fabrics inspection for bulk.4.Oversee bulk fabrics inspection within tolerance as per 4-point system inspection I Bangladesh garments factories and review shade bands /color.5.Evaluate fabrics inspection report and advice solution for all the issues.6.Conducts visits to factories to resolve fabric technical issues. Example as Shadding, Foreign Yarn. Missing yarn, Color Spot etc. Remove by mending process & shadding remove by Group Marker, Line Marker, Head to Head Marker.7.To control any kind of defects such as shortages, shadding with approval and more defects.8.Working on different types of special finishes are Wicking finish, Anti- UV, Anti- microbial, Quick Dry, Cool Dry, Teflon WR, Flame- retardant, PU Coating, PU Milky Coating, Breathable Coating, TPU milky coating Lamination, Bonding, Releasing Paper Coating, PVC Coating, Printing, Cire finish.9.Working on woven fabrics are Woven denim & Knit denim, Polyester / Nylon Taffeta, Poly/ Nylon Pongee, Microfiber, Polyester/ Nylon Taslon, Fake Memory, Poly/ Nylon 4-way stretch, Twill, Poly/ Nylon, Oxford, Woven/Knit Softshell, Poly/Nylon Cordura, Woven Viscose, PU Leather etc10.Working on Knit special items are Polyester Micro Fleece, Polar Fleece, Coral Fleece, Hard & Soft Sherpa, Warp knitted Tricot, brushed/ Without brushed,2*2 mesh, Birds eye mesh, Polyester S/J, Double Jersey, Scuba, Bonded fleece and Sherpa.

1.Responsible to follow up the dyeing sample (PP & Counter sample) as maintain the buyer requirement. 2.To review & sign all the Final Inspection report & GSM Continuity, roll to roll shade continuity, testing report, Packing List, Process Loss calculation, Delivery schedule. Major problem shares GM-QAD knowledge to give on time decision & Share group communication where are present in top management.3.To ensure the release the weight of sheet batches for delivery and ensure transfer the fabrics to delivery store. Ensure the priority of urgent batch, coordinate.4.To ensure root cause analysis of batches having major defects. Complete process route and other information should be mentioned in the inspection report share my GM –QAD.5. To ensure the shade through reviewing the approval to bulk. 6.To give shade decision by visually according to the Lab dip & buyer approval & spectrophotometer, also make FTL (Finish Tolerance Limited) garments to take shade approval and take shade approval from buying QC & buying office. 7.Identify knitting to finishing fabrics defects & solve the problem. 8.To overall follow up the fabric quality and delivery to cutting after review with buyer STD. 9.To follow and coordinate the cutting department Dia, GSM, Shrinkage, Shade, dyeing faults, knitting faults, Printing faults to minimize the short quantity. 10.Co-ordinate with Merchandising & Marketing, Knitting, Batch, Dyeing, Finishing, Lab Section, Washing, Delivery store to problem solution. 11.Good Knowledge on Accessories, fabrics consumption, Trial Cutting, Size Set, sewing inline, Finishing inline, Pre- final, Final Inspection.

1.Follow up online & off-line inspection 2.Finish fabrics grading by 4-Point inspection system to make inspection report. 3.Make shade decision by visually. 4.Shade submission to buying house and to get approval if needed. 5.Ensure fabric quality with FTD ( Fabric Technical Data), Technical base hanger. 6.Physical test report check such as Color fastness to (Wash, Rubbing, Water, Perspiration, Phenolic Yellowing), Pilling, Bursting, Shrinkage, Spirality, Contrast test etc. 7.Formulate standard recipe for finishing chemicals as required. 8.Good knowledge on fabrics processing site. Different types of fabrics process such as Heat setting, Water repellent, Brushing, Peaching, Shearing. working on Cotton /Spandex, Cotton Modal, Polyester spandex viscose, fleece, Variegated rib, Waffle etc. 9.Production floor management of dyeing and finishing. 10.Working with H&M, Primark, LPP, ZXY, NEXT, C&A, Asmara, Walmart, LIDL, Caree Four ,Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, Calvan Klein etc.
