Service Operations Manager
Current- Management of all service operations activities in the company.- Overview in maintenance planning schedule.- Maintain liaison with relevant local authorities.- Assist service sales personnel in the preparation of quotation by providing engineering data, cost of material and labor.- Assist credit control department on outstanding payments which includes timely submission of monthly service job sheet to credit control department.- Ensure targets and objectives are met with considerations to profitability and able to develop strategies to ensure loss in service unit base is kept to minimal.- Implementation of customer service programs to foster and enhance customer relations which include handling and solving customer's complaints. - To ensure that the compliance to the requirements of the quality and safety management system.
