A seasoned Lean Construction and Six Sigma implementation manager. As Manager of Lean Construction, I spearhead the Management-mandated strategic Lean initiative at CCC, leading a team that implemented lean initiatives across 13 construction projects, including 5 with a production planning & control system.An expert in construction project controls, continuous improvement, risk management & related systems/tools.
