Currently I am working with JICA as National consultant for ""The project for strengthening the crime prevention capacity of Bangladesh Police". There are three components of the project. (1) Security monitoring and patrolling (SP&M) (2) Child safety school and safe city (CSS) and (3) Joint crime prevention activity. I am getting ready to be the main trainer of those three components. Also, I am giving the feedback the Japanese expert to prepare the training material on the Bangladesh perspective. Also, I am preparing the training material in Bangla version. For SP&M I got vast knowledge to ensure the security of VIP, International Conference, Concert, Cricket or Football venue etc. Received training on Line flow management of huge crowd, Security checking of the participants.Thus, training of trainers would be (TOT) ensured. For CSS I am playing the main role to implement the program with the Japanese expert. Communicating with the primary school authorities, preparing security map of the school and its surrounding area showing the place where the 999 houses would be established for the assistance of the children during their danger time or apprehended the danger. In this program teacher and parents will be involved. From this program criminals will receive message that the area is protected and residents are alert and police is vigilant so commission of crime is not possible. Thus, the petty crime will be controlled and safe school and safe city would be ensured and the citizen would be safe also.For Joint crime prevention activity, I am preparing the training material by visiting police station area. collecting the names of volunteers, select the venue of leaflet distribution to the citizen, Selected venue for holding seminar with the police officers and the citizen with the Japanese expert. This is a public awareness program for crime prevention.

Worked with Foodpanda Bangladesh as Head of Law Enforcement Department for Bangladesh as Law Enforcement Specialist. It was a fantastic experience to work with a global working team. My main task was to liaison with the Police department of different district for assistance in various type of criminal activities of Foodpanda personnel, vendors and customers. Also, to oversight the activity of employees so that they could not involve with any other criminal activities or prepared themselves to do anti interest of the company. Lodged criminal cases at police station peruse the investigation of the cases were also the tour of my duties.

After retirement from Bangladesh Police as Additional Superintendent of Police, I joined Uber Bangladesh as Law enforcement consultant. In this position I had to communicate with the regional UBER office in India for smooth running of UBER in Bangladesh. I had to negotiate with the senior officer and Police Station level officer like officer in charge of police station for the unlawful activities of Uber drivers, Uber personnel and Uber passengers. Also I used to lodge first information report (FIR) at police stations of Uber jurisdiction in Bangladesh of criminals occurrence for further investigation. I had to negotiate with the aggrieved driver or drivers or publics who were about to demonstrate against Uber. Wrote letters to Police department for assistance to maintain peace and tranquility of drivers or public demonstration or protest against Uber. Also I trained Uber drivers about the existence traffic law of Bangladesh. The main task was to liaison with police officers and to negotiate with drivers and passengers who were involved with any criminal offence or attempted criminal offence.

I got promotion in the rank of Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl SP) in April 2016. As Addl SP I served at Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI), Dhaka Metro, Dhaka. where I investigated some very important cases. I had to supervise the official works of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), Inspectors, Sub-Inspectors and Assistant Sub-Inspectors of Ramna and Lalbag Divisions (12 Police Stations) of Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI), Dhaka Metro, Dhaka.I submitted very important reports to the prosecutor office of some court cases which was assigned by the judges of the court.Here I supervised so many clueless murder cases and detected the clue of murder and apprehended the suspects for trial.

Received training at International Center of Ocean Governance School of Law, Western University, Sydney, Australia on Capacity building of PBI officers in relation to Crime, Criminal Investigation Monitoring and Supervision from 20th October to 4th November, 2018.

In December 2008, when I was working UN mission in East Timor I got promotion as Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) and from February, 2009, posted in Police Headquarters, Dhaka at "Discipline and Professional Standard department" department. All type of malpractices, misconducts, highhandedness, antisocial activities, violation of departmental discipline etc are dealt with this department. Internal inquiry, oversight was the main task of my desk. I was assigned to look after the administration side of the department also. Report writing, confidential report against bad police personnel, distribution of inquiry files among the officers, all kind of decision for action against police officers in all level were my duties. I had to make planning of inquiry and prepare circular note to improve the discipline of the police personnel including dress code and personal behavior. I worked here till April 2016.

Participated and completed successfully CoESPU Center of Excellence for Stability Police Unit “22nd Middle Management Course” at Vicenza, Italy from 13th September to 16th October 2010 Organized by Carabinieri General Headquarters and United Nations Peace Keeping Department.Received practical and theoretical training on mob control and deployment of formed unit police in peacekeeping mission. Got training in different type of formation needed to mob control and encounter fire bomb and unruly mob.

United Mission in East Timor (UNMIT) (2007-2008): Acted as National Investigator of Major Crime of National Investigation Department (NID) in the capital city Dili of East Timor. It was my pleaser to investigate numbers of Major Crime like homicide under the provision of the local law of East Timor. Submitted the investigation report to the respective prosecutor office for trial. Planned for operation to secure the arrest of the absconding accused of different criminal cases. Team management and team cooperation was outstanding. Also performed VIP protocol and protection duty.

On 11/06/1990, I got promotion as Inspector of Police and posted at (1) Deluder Police station (PS) of Tangail District as Officer in Charge (OC) from July, 1990 to 1992, (2) OC Mitamoin PS of Kishorganj district from 1993 to 1994, (3) Shakhipu PS of Tangail district from 1994 to 1995, (4) OC Tangail PS of Tangail district from 1996 to 1997, (5) OC Mirsarai PS of Chittagong district from 1997 to 1999, (6) OC Double mooring PS of Chittagong Metropolitan city from 1999 to 2000, (7) OC Kotwali PS of Chittagong Metropolitan city 2000 to 2001 (8) OC Chhagalnayia PS of Feni district from 2002 to 2006 and OC Badda PS of Dhaka Metropolitan city from 2006 to 2008. During these period of duty as officer in charge of police station I had to look after the administration of police stations. Investigated important cases like homicide, murder, dacoity, corruption cases, rioting, big burglary. Also I had to supervise the duty of sub inspectors, assistant sub inspectors, constables etc. I made the security patrolling plan for area of jurisdiction. Supervised important and heinous nature of cases to guide the investigator. I had to pay attention of the visitors to take legal steps. It was my important duty to communicate with the residents of Thana jurisdictions to gather advance information regarding crime s and criminals. Conducted community policing with the help of the elite person and much citizen of the society. I had to make planning of VIP & VVIP protection and protocol duty within the PS jurisdiction.Another important duty was man management and team management of police personnel of the PS.

I joined Bangladesh Police as Sub Inspector in the 1st January1984. After completion of one year training at Police Academy Sardah I started my practical police life at Tangail District. Then I served different police stations of Dhaka Metropolitan city and other districts. I investigated lot of major and minor crimes including defalcation and misappropriation cases.Also experienced in investigation of serious crime including Homicide, Rioting, Dacoity, Robbery, Theft etc. I had to perform law and order duties, VIP, VVIP protection duties. I had to supervise the duties of Assistant Sub Inspector and Constables as the second officer of police stations. I prepared the patrol duty planning as a part of crime prevention activities. Community policing was special task to motivate the local residents about crimes, criminals and social activities.

United Nations Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina (UNMIBH) (2001-2002): Deployed as Team Leader of International Police Task Force (IPTF) and co-location, supervision and inspection of the duty of local police was the main job at the mission. Investigated some important incidents both internal and external and reported to the authority. Used to work in computer with Microsoft words. Maintained a healthy environment and team communication with team mates as well as local police officers.

United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC) (1992-1993): Worked as Senior Investigation Officer in a Province. 20 Investigators from deferent nations were working with me. This team was solely responsible of all kind of investigation. Reporting of cases and incidents were the main task and also to supervise the works of the team mates and to forward the reports to the higher authority. I maintained a good team work environment with my communication skill.
