• Consolidation les cahiers des charges reçus des départements demandeurs.• Lancement les prospections (RFP, RFQ) auprès des fournisseurs jugés pouvant répondre à la demande.• Animation des séances d’information et de négociation avec les fournisseurs en la collaboration des demandeurs.• Etablissement la commande ou le contrat lorsque ce dernier est nécessaire.• Assurer le suivi des objectifs et prendre les mesures correctives nécessaires.• Suivie des commandes et contrats jusqu’à leur clôture : Apporter un support aux demandeurs pour la clôture des bons de commandes et collaborer avec le service Comptabilité jusqu’au paiement des factures.

My tasks are as follows:1. Responsible for on-site technical documentation (Hard & soft copy).2. Carries out high-level analysis on site issue related to High Voltage, Medium Voltage and Low Voltage systems.3. Supports trouble-shooting on construction and commissioning issues (related to HV, MV, LV and I&C systems).4. Interfaces with the Discipline Leads for the coordination of the subcontractors to ensure they are carried out according to technical documentation, company policy, manufacturer’s recommendations and in a safe manner.5. Supports the Planning Engineer for the identification of the duration of the site engineering activities.6. Issue Problem Presentations to be discussed within Engineering Configuration Control Board.7. Provide feedbacks and details about manufacturability, type of resources required as personnel and materials.8. Write, jointly with our TBM electrical engineers, Field Modification Instructions.9. Report Status of modification implemented on site.10. Follows up the Engineering Configuration Control process, from identification of change up to final recording of occurred and required changes.
