Successfully reducing rejected products by 71%, addressing discoloration defects in Polyethylene terephthalate-based material for compact packaging products.3. Implementing improvements to reduce 50% scrap rate products attributed to sinkmark defects. These enhancements not only contributed to scrap rate but also in a decrease 50% polishing mold downtime and resulted in a reduction 79% consume material in additional material requirements for Polyethylene terephthalate-based materials in compact packaging products.
