Despite her preference for coastal landscapes over CAD softwares, Farida is lovingly dedicated to an architectural design practice. A conceptually grounded dreamer, she is drawn to architecture as a flexible framework within which all dimensions of life collide. Farida’s design approach involves a delicate balance between information and intuition, as well as a continuous exploration into spectrums of agency in architecture and ecology. Bridging the gap between her love for the human and the more-than-human, Farida attained her M.Arch in Biology Integrated Design at the Bartlett School of Architecture at University College London. She earned her B.A in Architecture from the College of Environmental Design at the University of California Berkeley. Farida has work experience in architecture, creative direction and in curatorial practices. In all her pursuits, she is a strong advocate for building cultures of reciprocity
