• Leading projects for luxury brands, from planning to final delivery, managing brand activations, event execution, asset production and digital content creation;• Coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of the projects, by managing communication across departments to handle clients’ expectations and meet deadlines;• Building and maintaining strong client relationships by acting as the key contact for multiple projects;• Developing and overseeing detailed budgets, timelines, and project tracking systems; • Constantly researching competitive suppliers and partners for the development of brand’s materials and event’s organization.

• Product development: actively coordinating every stage of process, from the factory to the stores in the brand Make Up and Fragrances Category launch;• Elaborating the best strategies to meet budget goals and match the brand identity;• Researching competitive suppliers for the development of new collections, in-store materials (POP/POS materials, GWP) and gifting;• Working alongside the communication team to deliver contents for the official channels, addressing retailer’s needs and requests related to marketing, sales operations, in-store activities/events.

• Coordinating licenses and collaboration with international clients, overseeing projects in all phases of implementation, including concept creation, product development, and content production planning (adv campaign, visibility, POS materials), directly reporting to the General Manager and linking the business development/creative team and the clients through all project phases;• Drafting presentations, reports, and materials to support projects and meetings, organizing GM’s personal and professional agenda according to business deadlines;• Researching trends and competitors’ positioning to study ad hoc projects for different clients;•On-field supporting shootings and pre-production meetings for content creation of special projects and brand campaigns.

• Creative consulting for the development of a strong editorial strategy, finding the right content for printed editions of the magazine, and defining all aspects related to printing;• Selecting themes and researching talents for each issue;• Organizing launch events involving performance artists and creating exhibition spaces for artistsand designers.

• Taking care of communication, social media, and events organization for the project XDANISINNI, Residenza d’arte di quartiere, part of Manifesta Biennal 12;• Planning new exhibitions involving selected artists and seeking partners, funding, and venues.
