Worked as a Digital Development Consultant within the World Bank Group’s Digital Development Global Practice on the 430 million USD Nigeria Identification for Development (ID4D) project (co-funded by the World Bank and EU). Within the role, I led the development of Privacy/Security Strategy and System Architecture for scaling the biometric system to accurately record 200 million Nigerians. Conducting series of assessments, collecting and analyzing data on key parameters including;1. Performance and biometric accuracy for face and fingerprint modality (false match rate, false non-false rate, failure to acquire rate and failure to enroll rate).2. Security and privacy of data in transit/at rest within the databases including protection against interception and MitM attacks as well as privacy by design within the system.3. Functionality and system architecture related to system reliability, stability and scalability (application instances count, application infrastructure, application memory and CPU usage/consumption and application availability).4. Overall architecture of the digital identity ecosystem and biometric systems for enrollment, including aspects related to people, processes as well as technology. Additionally, I provided technical inputs on the assessment methodology as well as contributed to the high level analysis which will inform the necessary policy and strategic reforms needed to ensure a robust and protected national identity management system.

OTRAC is a technology company that develops enterprise software systems for the healthcare sector in Nigeria. Evaluators are an esteemed group of experts in the fields of global development, health systems strengthening, and/or digital health.The Resilient Health Systems innovation call is exploring the role of technology and innovation in supporting countries and their development partners to build resilient health systems as they respond to the COVID-19 crisis. The call is focused on the maintenance of essential health services (RMNCAH, NCDs, nutrition, malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, etc.). These services are threatened by reduced access and limited utilization due to resources being diverted for COVID-19, population hesitancy to seek care, postponement of routine and elective services, among other reasons.

PERL is DFID flagship program on governance in Nigeria. It focuses on strengthening government institutions and increase citizen participation in Nigeria.As the ICT advisor,- I assessed the digital media assets & ICT capabilities of local partners including the Media, Civil Society, and Government using technical and business performance metrics and designed a partnership training.- Supported partners in desktop and field research activities across multiple thematic working groups (Health, Social Protection, Budget, Agric and Open Government Partnership OGP) to clean and sort out data, apply statistical techniques to analyse the data, convert analysed data into infographics and prepare comprehensive reports with policy insights and recommendations for strategic reforms needed in governance.- Assessed program concept notes and provided recommendations for the integration of ICT and digital media.- Developed concept notes and instructional documents utilizing ICT and social media to communicate development impact with partners.
