Job Description:- Assisting and helping domestic and international customers with their needs and questions via call. - Answering and assisting customers via email- Sending customers the change flight emails on time via the company emailing system. - Resolving customers issues and requests via Live Chat. - Forwarding customer requests to the airlines, such as change passenger data, change the flight schedule, apply refund requests, etc. - Contacting ticket suppliers for further assistance of complicated flight issues, such as medical refund, partial refund, missing baggage by system error, etc.
