I was the lead designer for two major projects: Zeller App and Zeller Point of Sale (POS). Other major projects I led at Zeller include end-to-end banking features such as account statements, cashflow reporting, account transactions and corporate cards.

Played a key role in the company's transition from a legacy platform to a new React-based web and mobile application. As the sole product designer for much of this period, I led the initial research and design piece alongside the PM's.

Design & implemented a custom website from initial conceptualization to delivery, including two mini sites for award campaigns and 2020 Partnerships Forum. This included:→ Iterative design from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups→ Responsive design→ Creation of prototypes→ Set-up of a development site for client training of the CMS for easy handover→ A templated build for ease of use & updating→ Using HTML, sass and PHP for the build with Wordpress→ Built with accessibility and performance in mind

Here I worked very closely with our clients and back-end programmers with the ability to communicate effectively with and between both parties.I lead projects for a diverse range of large and medium enterprises in the finance, property, hospitality, education and travel sectors for both print and digital. Any part of my day would look like:→ Wireframes & prototyping→ Interaction design → Front-end build of the site/s using JS, PHP, HTML & CSS→ Webpack & npm packages→ Collaboration using Git→ Working with open source platforms such as OpenCart and WordPressThe small, tight-knit nature of WWWShop allowed me to get to know my clients on a more personal level, with the extended benefit of keeping their needs and personality at the forefront during the process of our projects together. Many clients would come back for consecutive projects.

In charge of designing all sales collateral, aid in module design & development, logo and identity designer for sub-brands UCOPEA and Apple Tree. Completed work for clients including Bupa, Westpac and Project Rockit.
