Key Responsibilities• Assist our Broker Division with inflight auditing, quality assurance and compliance checks on files that are to be settled/ re-financed from other financial institutions ensuring all bank and client documents have been correctly signed and certified, payout figures have been calculated correctly and spreadsheets have been correctly completed in readiness for approval and settlements.• Assist our Document preparation team in preparing loan contracts and documents for home loans that have been unconditionally approved either through our retail network or broker channel.• Primary focus in both was to ensure all files, applications were completed 100% error free and complaint to minimize any risks to the bank and to ensure that processing turnaround times were completed within the agreed service levels.
