I was prepared conceptual drawing for mat foundations, steel structures, material take off of steel, concrete, excavation and rebar’s including technical specifications for 4 parts of projects on less than 18 weeks which could help to procurement department to prepare bid document and ask contractors to participate to the bid. Moreover, these drawings were submitted on time to the City to start their procedure of issuing building permits and correct estimation of the fees while staying within budget.Integrating Projects: Rehabilitation and new extension at existing Imperial oil facility, Sarnia, OntarioI had edited existing check lists and proposed new comprehensive check lists resulted in correct site assessment of existing condition which was helped to prepare detailed drawing for new extensions/modifications or prepare a structural strength/ weakness report of existing element(s).

Built in a wing shape where the middle block was a 5 storey building to locate restaurant at 5th floor with two connected 4 storey building at both sides. I was assigned to design the structure and due to limited access to the site, I proposed a cast-in-place concrete structure and flat slabs which was the best system at a high risk of seismic zone and roof could be casted in slope which by waterproofing of roof and using clay tile as a decorative elements, Architect could keep the traditional elevation for this resort and it became a part of that exiting small and old community.
