Techno Future is a chain of training centers that prepare students age (4-17 years) to excel in science, technology, engineering and Robotics programming by engaging them in STEM projects and DIY activities in Egypt, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordon and Lebanon. Techno succeeded in reaching the highest levels of efficiency and quality of training & to prepare trainees to win national, regional and international competitions such as Jr.FLL, FLL, ISEF, WRO, Google science fair, Google moonbots and RoboCupJunior.1) Evaluate instructor’s performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.2) Develop testing and evaluation procedures.3) Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.4) Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs. 5) Staffing by Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and promoting instructors.6) Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work by Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, to accomplish work tasks.7) Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates by Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.8) Scheduling & Planning the courses timetable and Activities – Scheduling & Planning events such FLL Egypt & Arab Robotics League 2013, programs, and activities.9) Develop & plan Techno Future FLL, ISEF, WRO, google science fair, google moonbots and RoboCupJunior teams training programs to promote the following skills: Technical Writing, Teamwork, programming skills and Robot design. 10) Taking care of web development in the company. Everything from creating web pages to uploading and maintenance of 3 websites for the company. Developed a web application (ASP.Net/SQL Server) for maintaining student's records, student's attendance, tracking clients, courses information and payment information.

Developed and designed numerous Internet sites and Intranet applications for diverse industry clients that required:• meeting with the client to understand necessity, perception and design ideas for the web site• design and experimentation with different layouts in order to meet the client taste• selection of the best technology to built the web site in accordance to client needs• development of the web site considering:1. cross browser compatibility (best compatibility with the major browsers)2. HTML and CSS according to W3C standards3. web usability and accessibility4. optimization of code, content, images and animations for quick loading5. optimization of web pages to ensure a good positioning on search engines6. development of Flash animation, contact forms7. creation of database for dynamic web sites8. domain name registration9. on-line publication, testing, control, maintenance and update of website• Creating content, banners and graphic layout that incorporate interactive elements "dynamic web pages" and complex databases.• Provide Website technical support, if required.• Also serves as resource amongst peers for various web development tips, especially in database, web languages, database and HTML.
