Communication—I've been good at it all my life. When I was a kid, I built a duct phone from two paper glasses and a few straws. After doing several more technical communications and networking projects in High School, I did my graduation in Computer Sciences and launched myself into a fast-paced career in Telecommunications.My selling skills came naturally with the passion to communicate. I had the technical knowledge about advanced networks, hardware and technology. I had people skills and loved to reach out and empathize. And I had the firmness and focus of a good salesman. But the best thing that happened for my career was me getting a job with Skylinks Telecom.Here, I've had the opportunity to hone my talents and know-how and learn how to create win/win situations for the company, its clients, their customers, the government, and other stakeholders. After a two-year technical training at the NOC, I applied my expertise to help the company attract and retain new business by assisting clients establish and manage their networks and resolve issues. Three years in the role of a Sales Executive had prepared me to undertake the much more challenging responsibilities of Sales Manager, my current designation. I consult with and assist clients, discuss contracts, check routes and traffic, isolate issues, spot opportunities, and do several other things the details of which you can find in my work experience below. Everything that I do has a single overarching goal—to grow and strengthen the business by delivering great service quality.I specialize in traffic management, route analysis, pricing schemes, Revenue Assurance, quality control, and cost reduction for carriers and providers. Interpersonal interactions are as much a part of my job as technology, and I happen to be good at both.Other than work, I am a yoga enthusiast and fitness freak. I love to go sailing on weekends and set myself free on the limitless sea.
