As a Data Analyst, I undertook various projects and tasks, including:1. Revamping Amartha's branch risk scoring and maintaining its dashboard. The dashboard empowers our Internal Audit team to proactively pinpoint branch risks, optimizing audit target selection for upcoming periods.2. Initiating an approach to reduce fraud by creating a comprehensive monitoring system for both field officers and head officers. The system aims to provide FOs with daily recommendations on suspicious branches to inspect while offering HOs a dashboard to monitor the completion status of these recommendations.3. Enhancing and refining the desk continuous audit dashboard used by the Internal Audit team to track company SOP violations by field officers. My enhancements included integrating innovative parameters to enhance fraud detection capabilities at field offices.4. Crafting a performance monitoring dashboard for branch closures, equipping our operational team with actionable insights for maintaining operational excellence.5. Creating new approaches with my team to align Amartha’s new loan allocation with lender risk criteria, These initiatives not only streamlined operational efficiency but also slashed resource overheads significantly.6. Pioneering a novel approach to cross-reference the government’s list with Amartha's user data, ensuring seamless compliance with government regulations and mitigating the risk of money laundering activities.7. Undertaking ad hoc tasks to support business users.Additionally, I was honored as a finalist in Amartha's internal innovation awards for one of these impactful projects.
