Ensure compliance with Sangachal Terminal Operations safety rules and regulations.Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.Read and follow the Fire rescue team Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Acquire knowledge of and follow the Terminal Emergency Plan.Manage all communications of Fire rescue Team.Immediately notify Shift Commander and fire crew of all emergency calls in the Terminal facilities.Provide accurate details and information to Shift Commander of all alarms received by the Fire Station Watch Officer.Accurately detail activities of Fire Rescue Team in the fire control log book.Ensure that all communication equipment is prime working order.Immediately notify Shift Commander of any problems with telephone system, alarm computer, radio system or other aspects of Fire Station watch office.Be able to respond to fire incident if relieved from Fire Station watch office by another qualified person or so ordered to by Shift Commander. Implement all directives of the Shift Commander.Fully support Emergency response room on any project. Perform Emergency Response Room Inspection according existing inspection checklist. Fulfill the needs.Ensure that all announcements predicted any Emergency Response activities released in a proper manner and on right time with no delay. (Road Closure, Weather Announcement, Incident notification to the Team Leader, Fire Truck Maintenance – announcement for Onscene Commanders) all this announcements has a format.Notify Fire Chief, ER team Leader, ER Coordinators on occurred incident by calling or sending the message.Attend any training sessions or courses ordered by the Fire rescue Team Group Chief.Coordinate constant communications between the fire station, Terminal Departments and Emergency Response Room during emergencies.
