Assisted as production engineer intern at Production Department II B (NPK Granulation Unit).My highlighted activities:1. Study the general process flow diagram of NPK Granulation II/III/IV, ZK, and PHONSKA IV Plants2. Assisted on production processes evaluation and troubleshooting of NPK Granulation II/III/IV unit based on mass and energy balance to meet the spesification requirement of subsidy and non subsidy product3. Simulated plant performance with modelling simulator to evaluate and optimizing plant condition4. Involved on mothly maintenance program, turn around, shutdown, start up processes of the plant, and emergency drill activities5. Assisted on evaluation and monitoring for new fertilizer product trial activity 6. Reviewing process plant document such as: PFD, P&ID, HAZOP, IK, QP, KOP, PSSR

Selected as 1 of 100 awardees of Magang Studi Independen Bersertifikat Kemendikbudristek AILIMA Batch 6 with total of 3.489 applicants all around indonesia.Accomplishments:• Acquired skills in applied data management, analysis, modeling, and machine learning for enhancing sustainable geothermal energy development using JIWA Dbase, JIWA Modelling, and JIWA Analytics. • Collaborated with 7 member in The final project for the development of 23 MW Mataloko Geothermal Field with end-to-end research studies (2nd Best Position in Final Project)• Developed the conceptual model draft for the mataloko geothermal field with 3G (Geophysics, Geochemist, and Geologist) Approaches• Arranged resource estimation using monte carlo probabilistic method using Jiwa Dbase.• Characterized, Simulated, and estimated the capacity of production well and reinjection well using Jiwa Flow.• Built the project recommendation and drilling schedule, as well as SAGS (Steam Above Ground System) in terms of simulated the turbine generator system using Aspen HYSYS. • Calculated the techno-economic analysis to meet up the feasibility of the proposed project.

Unit Operations and Process laboratory is the core laboratory course in chemical engineering department in order to prepare the students to handle the real situation in chemical plant. Accomplishments:• Assisted and provided guidance with 150+ students regarding process theory and experiments test in heat exchanger bench, dynamic level of tank, and heat transfer in stirred tank practicum. Also had additional tutoring sessions on Aspen Hysys and Matlab. • Collaborated with 8 lectures in scoring the students worksheet.

Koetaradja USK Chemical Engineering Car Team consist of 10 people majoring from different major (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering). Here i led 4 division that consist of Power Source Specialist, Stopping Specialist, Mechanical Specialist, and Electrical Specialist.Accomplishment:-Leader of Koetaradja Gear 4.0 Team in MCECC 2023-4th Place Poster Competition MCECC 2023-9th Place Car Performance Competition from 25 Team in MCECC 2023

Koetaradja Chem E-Car Club is a community focuses on making car prototype with chemical-based power source reactions. Power source that used in this car is based on Electrolysis process and gas decompotition.Roles:-Doing trial and error performance. Enhanced car accuracy by 95%-Calculated amount of chemical used efficiently

PT Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited is an upstream oil and gas company that produce Sales Gas, LPG (Propane and Butane), and crude oil to fulfill the indonesian market and regional export markets. I was positioned in the Production Department in this company.Accomplishments:- Received lots of knowledge about the whole upstream oil and gas production processes in Oil Treating Facilities, Gas Processing Facilities, and Liquified Petroleum Gas Facilities through class and practical training regarding real case in the plants.- Understanding working environment, company organization, and business culture like sharing, cooperation, team spirit, compassion, etc. Final Project:- Evaluated the Gas Sweetening System, in particular Simulated Amine Contactor Column with Aspen Hysys and compared it with actual data in the plant.- Resulted 99,98% absorption efficiency and analyzed the savings of amine flow rate.- Presented the results in front of engineers and representatives of the Company that will be considered to be applied on the process.
