• Commission heavy equipment, including operational vehicles to ensure the safety of operational activities.• Arrangement safety inspection schedule for all equipment, facilities, and personnel. • Reviewing & updating QHSE policies; Manual;Procedures and Work instructions.• Conduct inspection, reporting, and controlling of effective implementation of standard operating procedure / safe working practices and ensure all hazard finding in each activity are controlled and minimize their impact• Project Leader 5R Implementation in PT. Singlurus Pratama• Conduct Safety talks to employees, and Safety Induction to visitors.• Socialize JSA and HIRADC to all employees (top, middle, low management).• Create of Permit to Work, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Determine Control (HIRADC).• Monitor and ensure the condition of FireExtinguishers are suitable to use.• Identify the potential hazards, risk assessment, and give recommendations preventive measures for potential hazards.• Conduct Internal Audit SMKP• Follow up and training for regulatory hot work training, PPE training, working at height, lockout/ tag-out, hearing protection program, and respiratory protection.• Lead and conduct investigation work related to near misses, incidents, and accidents proactively.• Participate in PT Singlurus Pratama forum weekly and monthly HSE committee meetings.• Manage Safety-related audit program ( SMKP)• Industrial Hygiene & EnvironmentRisk Assessment• Prepare and distribute HSE Alerts and information
