- Led Project Engineering & Design Department for Lafarge Kanthan Plant and managed overall plant’s project to deliver high-quality, on time and on budget to ensure all projects achieved their objectives.- Strategized CAPEX management and project cost controller for Lafarge Kanthan Plant.- Project reference:> New carbon black automated dosing system which generated total savings of RM4.4mil/year.> New palletized cement project which boosted cement production from 1200 to 2400 tons/day and increased utilisation factor from 30% to 75%.> New refuse-derived fuel (RDF) system for for kiln combustion process.> Construction of office building for Lafarge Malaysia Berhad.
