• Together with a software development team, set up a data lake with serverless ETL jobs written in Java with Spring in AWS Lambda and Python in AWS Glue orchestrated by Step functions and queried by Athena monitored via Prometheus and Grafana.• Consulting and engineering for various short-term engagements which includes cloud architecture, migrations, automation, software development, and reviews.• Performed Well Architected Reviews and occasionally with a deeper dive into their infrastructure.• Cloud Centre of Excellence platform team member in our client TomTom. Provided general cloud support and guidance to teams in regards of usage of AWS and Azure. Used automationto enable various product teams in their usage of cloud. Maintained and optimized the Redshift centred lakehouse data platform. - Worked on a project from our client KPN as a software engineer, to maintain and develop new features on a microservice driven Node.js backend that talks to Puppet, Splunk, MongoDB,Cloud Providers & various other services deployed in Kubernetes. Not only I worked on developing the microservices and ensured their smooth deployment but also maintained and developed the Puppet code and tooling around the API via Ruby & Python and developed a Terraform plugin in Go.- Managed the company’s AWS infrastructure(EC2, ALB, RDS, S3, ...) using Terraform and Packer.- Created various tools to be used via Slack with a chatbot interface.- As part of the platform team of our client Exodus(Crypto wallet) I supported developers indeploying and scaling their services into a Kubernetes cluster reliably monitored via Prometheus and Grafana and deployed Gitlab CI and helm. I also developed an efficient custom indexer with Nodejs and Postgres on Kubernetes for Tezos Blockchain nodes with an explorer API to interface with their wallet.
