Client Quality representative for (SASOL Mozambique) overseeing that all equipment used on the well are compliant with the DS-1, API 5A5, API RP 7G, API Spec Q2 company outline and standards.Review supplier quality plans, procedures and specifications to ensure that they are compliant to the required level.On-Site implementation and management of quality assurance program for Drilling & Completions and well services equipment.Witness and monitor onshore equipment, inspections, preparations, maintenance, assembly and testing of speciality tools, Drilling Tools and Completion tools assembly eg: Mud motors, MWD/LWD Liner Hangers, Packers, Safety Valves, Jars, Accelerators, Running Tools, Tubing Hangers etc.Responsibly for promoting a positive quality culture throughout the project team.Review verify and witness ITP/QCP for equipment used on the well are executed correctly.witness and monitor the NDT Inspectors (VT,PT,MT,UT) for Drill Pipes,Completions Tools,Casings, Tubings, Bottom Hole Assembly Handling and Lifting equipment meet the required standards and specs.Actively support the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of equipment to the well site.Final documentation review and issue Inspection release certificate for load out.

Perform Marine Cargo Survey offloading and loading subsea equipment according client requirements.Visual Inspection and NDT Inspections of subsea equipment such as: Christmas Tree, running tool, IWOCS Equipment.witness pressure test and function test & preparation of report .Planning and execution of inspection testing and certification of various lifting equipment, handling equipment in accordance with BS EN, ASME, API, LEEA (LOLER & PUWER Regulations )Execute Lifting Equipment Inspection and prepare detailed report of findings & recommendations as per relevant code and standards.

•Assist QAQC Inspector during inspection activities to ensure all drilling material and tools are provided in accordance with recognized industry specifications.•Assist with inspection of received materials and dispatches on behalf of client, Third-party service company equipment and rental kit ensuring material records are current and compliant with the industry.•Assist with QC operations onsite at Mozambique.•Weekly inspection report including discrepancies and findings.•Witness pressure test and review chart for pressure test equipment to sent to onshore.•Keeping up to date records of work orders insued to 3rd party and making sure all inspection certificates are up to date and field irrespective of its work order.•Oversee 3rd party inspections for all inspection done on behalf of SASOL such as: Casing completion tubing well head housing etc.•Prove check certifications on load ou equipment for Sasol vendors by making sure all are in up to date and fit for purpose.•Daily vendor/service company visits inspection of containers (for certification,compliance with sasol colour coding and appropiate packing) drilling materials (Drilling e fishing Schlumberger & Weatherford) onshore.

Support and encourage continuous improvement of the company processes, including safety program.Observe and follow all company safety rules and procedures.Responsible for the maintenance of plant equipment associated with near shore and onshore site investigation equipment including various drilling equipment’s & winch systems, sea-going jack up platforms, and drilling CPT.Planning, coordinating, and directing managing the daily activities of the signed work by supervising the staff members. Fault finding and troubleshooting to limit downtime and improve the operational effectiveness of the factory.Keep all maintenance records as per DOT.Repaired and replaced defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassembled equipment.Managed maintenance personnel and subcontractors

Performs scheduled visual inspections of indicated equipment in the Mine.Records all corrective action required for planned maintenance.Inspects and notes quality of maintenance performed.Conducts spot checks on serviced equipment to verify work completion.Inventories and tags newly added and replacement equipment.order spear parts as per service manual of the equipment.Prepares and issues emergency maintenance instructions to appropriate staff.Inspects newly installed equipment for compliance and adherence to plans and specifications.
