About Faried Benn
My career began as a MICR encoder at Lithotech some 24 years ago. Along the way I was a Customer Service Representative / Internal Sales Support / Brand Consultant/ Internal Sales Executive. My experience that I have gained over the 24 years in the printing industry includes a very good knowledge of overall printing systems. I strive to be proactive, systems that I have worked on over the years are Noosh System (Point),Media Send, Quick Easy and U-Store. I also have a vast knowledge of printing materials and where they can be applied. Printing from business cards to billboards, from printing a statement and posting it, to sending it via sms or email. I continually find ways to streamline processes, ease the pressure and pull the occasional rabbit out the hat in order to make the jobs at hand so much easier. My primary focus and goal is to exceed expectations in customer service delivery. I possess excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and have the ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships. I can work well on own initiative and can demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet the tightest of deadlines. Even under significant pressure, possesses a strong ability to perform effectively.
