Experienced HR Associate returning to the workforce after a dedicated period as a stay at home parent. Attentive to details, processes, and, most importantly, to people. Having a Masters degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and over 4 years of collective work experience in the UAE, I have developed a deep understanding of HR processes, local government laws and policies.
