Toleero is a web application that is primarily intended for the hospitality industry, or all physical locations with human interaction, through which they can get feedback on the service that was provided to the customer in a simple and fast way. The main purpose of the app is to gain insight into provided service of the hospitality industry and based on feedback, the praise or suggestion, owners of hospitality facilities can improve service. A customer is completely anonymous when leaves a feedback, and on the other hand, all feedback is private and visible only to the owners of hospitality facilities that are users of Toleero services.
