- Working with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.- Making high-level decisions about policies and strategies. - Working with senior stakeholders, chief operational officer, chief business officer, and other executives.- Developing and implementing operational policies and a strategic plan. - Overseeing the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.- Assuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

- Conducting patient medical examinations, with a primary focus on the female reproductive system.- Developing diagnosis and treatment plans- Performing surgery and other medical procedures- Prescribing medications and ordering lab tests and imaging - Recommending therapies and technologies to improve fertility and in vitro fertilization.- Providing assistance and monitor during childbirth- Promoting patient health and well-being

- Performing regular annual exams on patients (e.g. pap smears)- Monitoring patients over the course of pregnancies- Providing post-natal care to new mothers- Collecting, recording, and maintaining patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results

- Improving efficiency and quality in delivering healthcare services- Developing departmental goals and objectives- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff- Managing the finances of the facility, such as patient fees and billing- Preparing and monitoring budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits- Representing the facility at investor meetings or on governing boards
