• Iron House is the real estate arm for the centennial Grupo Cornelio Brennand. Created in 2010 – when Mr. Farina was invited to join the start-up – Iron House signed a long-term contract with Toronto-based Four Seasons.
• Planned, obtained the permits and built the necessary infrastructure for a 53ha land mixed-use development. Gross projected sales of over US$75 million;
• Developed a medium-sized shopping mall (130 shops & 30,000m2 LSA);
• Obtained state-owned bank financing of US$ 35 million.

• Real Estate project development from green field. Design Resorts SA is a multinational real estate developer based in Portugal for the residential tourism and first home segments in emerging markets. Achievements:
• Started two licensing processes, at both the state (300ha) and municipal (20ha) levels;
• Developed the marketing strategy and secured financing (US$ 10 million) for the smallest of the two projects.
