I'm a senior data engineer with 4 years of experience in building scalable and reliable data pipelines for various domains. I have a passion for working with modern data technologies, such as Apache Spark, Google Dataflow, Apache Beam, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, Apache Kafka, and Debezium. I have strong skills in SQL, Python, and Scala, as well as data quality and data governance. I enjoy solving complex data problems and delivering high-quality solutions that meet the business needs and expectations. One example of this is leading a change data capture (CDC) project for MySQL and MongoDB using Debezium, Apache Kafka, and Google Dataflow. In this project, I overcame the challenge of processing schema-less data from MongoDB by developing a JSON transformer library that can dynamically search and transform the data to match the sink table schema. I'm always eager to learn new skills and tools to enhance my data engineering capabilities.
