- Build and manage content calendar on digital media, convert site traffic through call-to-action & landing pages, manage company’s social media profile and presence to grow new leads.- Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, advertisements, social media content and other marketing related project.- Collaborate with product marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout.- Monitoring the performance of the various digital channel, gain insights and derive next actions based on insights andassesses against goals.- Handling social media posting and ensuring they are posted at optimum times using best layouts to achieve maximum reach and engagements.- Handling leads collection process and handing the processes from leads traffic controlling to conversions and report

• Develop a unique voice & tone for Kadokawa Gempak Starz and manage social media presence across channels that engage with community such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. along with creating new social media campaigns and strategies.• Responsible for planning and publishing engaging and interesting content on all social media channels.• Analysing data and make recommendations for direction and strategy• Ensuring that content changes/ updates are well-managed on a day-to-day basis, to ensure up to date environments for our users• Establishing new and managing established relationships with industry bloggers, influencers and etc.
