My responsibilities consist of:- coordinating the accounting team to provide data for monthly closing.- preparing the monthly Financial Statements for Board of Directors.- inputting daily data on Accurate software.- inputting the tax invoice on e-Faktur program for VAT-in and VAT-out.- preparing PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and PPN as well as reporting it to KPP office.- monitoring outstanding receivables and payables and following it up to vendors.- providing the company's performance report for monthly meetings.- cross-examining the salaries data from the responsible staff before submitting it to the Director.- preparing the monthly budget and executing payments to vendors.- examining the weekly petty cash report.- updating the Customer Balance Report of outstanding receivables.

My job description consists of:- executing monthly closing of all SAP based branches as well as creating production order for non PP based branches.- creating the quarter and annual consolidation report of cost of goods manufactured.- ensuring the inventory on Statement of Financial Report matches with the physical stock.- checking the interbranch and the stock transfer transactions.- giving solution for the problems reported or founded by branches.- creating the purchase and sales recapitulations for crosschecking the stock mutation.- ensuring that the production costs are posted on SAP program in the right cost center.- preparing the reconciliation among installation revenues, cost of goods manufactured, and the project advance deposits.- ensuring that all Delivery Orders on SAP program that haven't been invoiced matches with the physical Delivery Orders from WAPU customers.

My responsibilities consist of:- inputting the account payable transactions, prepaid of PPh Final 4 (2), PPh 22 as well as PPh 23 on SAP program.- clearing the account payable transactions that have been paid as well as clearing the purchasing transactions that have been realized of the Samator Group's vendors.- preparing the monthly opname of the account payable documents as well as purchase advance deposits that are still in the Open status on SAP program.- downloading the general ledger of Vat in Clearing account and handing over the tax invoice documents to the Tax Division.- preparing the payment data of Samator Group's vendors for the Finance Divisions.
