Organization Design - Assist in the analysis of current organizational structures, processes, and roles to identify areas for improvement.- Assist in the evaluation of the impact of organizational design changes on workforce and performance metrics.- Support the integration of technology solutions into organizational design efforts.Talent and performance Management - Participate in conducting TNAs and develop Professional Development plan for the whole staff.- Act as a point of contact for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans- Coordinate and arrange all held training requirements in terms of logistics, classrooms, martials etc.- Support the HR team in creating and updating job descriptions, competency frameworks, and career paths.- Contact and communicate with training vendors and follow up with payment, agreements, materials and delivery.Workforce Planning - Assist in the collection and analysis of workforce data to identify trends, forecast needs, and support strategic planning efforts- Work closely with HR and various departmental teams to gather data, understand departmental needs, and provide insights for effective manpower planning.- prepar workforce planning reports and dashboards.HR Policy and Procedure- Support the coordination of policy review cycles, ensuring timely updates and stakeholder engagement.- Engage in special projects related to HR policy and procedure development and implementation.
