Major accomplishment during the period:Suggest and select new systems based on the company needs and the industry best practice.In charge of the company restructure project, by direct involvement with the vender team, reviewing and approving the suggested new polices and procedures.Monitoring and adjusting the new structure and polices and procedures based on the company changing needs over time.Reviewing GSK internal control system (in all areas), suggest and implement new controls to address the changing environment.Analyzes and interprets financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance.Directly in charge of the accounting department, and indirectly of all other departments.Overseeing the budget preparation by all departments and monitor actual verses budgets and taking corrective actions.Evaluate accounting policies and procedures and align them in line with the best international accounting practices. Preparation of financial statements and other critical reports for the accurate and timely submission for top management.

•Prepare BRR (business requirements review) to determine the needs and requirements of clients (iScala) gap analyses.•Implement Scala ERP software (finance, logistics, payroll and manufacturing) for our clients.•Designing crystal reports for our clients including cost variance analysis (material price and quantity variance, labor rate and efficiency variance, and four way analyses for factory over head).•Presents iScala and Hyperion to our potential clients and demonstrate our solutions. •Account manger and a key consultant for one of our major accounts Nuqul Group (Multi Company, multi currency, retail, distribution and manufacturing). •Responsible for Scala Hospitality implementation and support, working with the biggest 5 stars hotels(4season, Sheraton, Hyatt Amman and Radissons) •Preparing project plans for our projects and comparing actual Vs baseline. •Supervise, lead and review the work of junior consultants in our company.

• Preparing financial statements for Swan Tech Company (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).• Review and approve all accounting vouchers including JVs and pay vouchers.• Supervise the work of the accounting department (2 accountants).• Preparing and modifying clients charts of accounts.• Preparing and modifying clients financial statements.• Designing and implementing of international poultry company costing system which was customized upon the company requirements.• Conduct training on Great Plains ERP software for our clients.• Participate in the designing and calculations of Swan Tech payroll system (as part of great Plain), which was built from scratch and customized on Jordanian laws.

Working with Nuqul Group, a leading manufacturer company with several investments (Foods manufacturing, Aluminum Industries, Printing press, Hygienic Paper Industry) as an internal Auditor.Major accomplishments during that period: • Reviewing the internal control structure for all departments of the group.• Auditing the work of the accountants and chief accountants in the group.• Preparing auditing reports for the head office of directors; showing weaknesses, recommendations and all findings for the period being audited.
