respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically -diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues -research questions using availableinformation resources -advise user on appropriate action -follow standard help desk procedures -log all help desk interactions -redirect problems to appropriate resource -identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention -Assist Project Manager to Schedule all activities such as moves/adds/ changes, maintenance, patch management, documentation and reporting. -Maintain consistent communication with all parties including end-user, their managers and higher, as well as internal management hierarchy. -Execute the service delivery Communication/Risk Management/ Change Control/ Status Reporting process Vendor Management such as for product troubleshoot, renewal, warranty and replacement

• Assist and arrange monthly project for Project Engineer.• Check and monitor (CCTV) at MBPP control centre -indigoVision,interviewer, Ping.• Assist in Troubleshoot any identified damaged LAN network for CCTV and work in a team to perform repairing.• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) for MBPP's security camera (CCTV) system.• Perform Corrective Maintenance (CM) CCTV system for all police station around Penang.• Prepare and present daily and weekly yield report, highlights issues and prepare solutions on the issues.
