• Working with a reputable developer in Palestine in the construction of 6 floors height residential building valued at 1.5 million US $. • Successfully implemented project management concepts to deliver the project from inception to handover using the best practice project management and construction techniques.• Responsible for the daily site activities, writing of daily reports and submitting it to the management, following up with sub-contractors, material acquisition, work program and quantity surveying and quality control.• Follow up and coordination with local authorities and stakeholders for all relevant permits
