HR Of&icers / Recruitment Duties:- Handle employees’ Files.- Attendance and leaves process.- Admin support issues - Stationaries - Betty cash handling.- Recruitment process including:Member ships with recruitment sites and providers - Collecting CVs - Shortlisting -Initial interviews - English interviews - candidates testing- Personality interview evaluation - Process initial and Final offer letters. - CVs- Job Descriptions- Process needed document for new starting employees including: orientation - Ethical code of conduct - new user names - company access site cards - attendance Finger print.Issue medical insurance including addition and deletion- Print staff access cards- Issue letters such as Salary certiFicate, warning letters, and experience letter also- GOSI including addition and deletion of employees- Muqeem system to renew Iqamas, issue Visas such as exist re-entry, Final exit and to update the passports- Chamber of commerce- MOL to issue work license visa and renew it also

Commercial Operator Duties:- Selling Tickets- Helping the passengers to get the train- Check the platform before and after the train arrived- Contact with crew on the train before get in the station through the bravo
