• Ensured Qualitative and quantitative process of the product• Managed Internal Audits , External Audits by consultants , Food Safety of Audits of clients like Al Ain Coop, Aswaaq, Union Coop, Viva ( Land Mark group ) and so on • Supervised the DM Food Safety Dept., Audits and inspections• Guided all the team members to ensure the proper implementation of HACCP guidelines, GMP and municipal rules• Supervised UN, Red crescent & Red cross food supplies• Played a major part in increasing the speed of packing of flours which was the bottleneck we had by aligning technically with machine manufacturer.• Conducted certain modifications in Pulses Packing machines to do sugar packing too and there by increased Productivity more than 30%

• Executed new mixing methods of slice cakes to eliminate the complaint of cake skin peeling issue.• Conducted Modifications on cake slicers to reduce and eliminate wastage during cake slicing. Reduced wastage from 5% to 0.2% during my period
