Pre-Tender Responsibilities:* Analyze site before finalizing whether it is adhering to all our requirements related, prepare report* Prepare Summary of works in order to float with the tender* Arrange Site visit to all contractors* Assisting tender team resolving contractor queries via RFI* Assisting tender team in reviewing Contractor quotations whether entire scopes is includedii. Post-Tender Responsibilities:* Preparing project program and sharing the same with the contractor * Arrange kick-off meeting with the contractor and get it signed project agreement as per program* Reviewing project shop drawings, material submittals etc in accordance with the contract documents, local regulations*Coordinating with design/contractor team/project managers, architects to resolve technical/design issues & ensure smooth work flow* Coordinating with the all stakeholders to address any concerns or question, ensuring clear and open communication throughout the project* Preparing cost-efficient technical specification and reports, evaluating interim payments*Monitoring project progress, cont/sub-cont performance, daily site activities, site resources and quality of work* Reviewing contractors claims, preparing variation reports, issuing change notices, clarifications and RFI*Orienting and supervising site supervision staff, conducting regular site inspections to identify and address potential problems, recommeding necessary technical and cost-efficient measures to overcome challenges and ensuring that all corrective measures are taken to avoid delays and cost overruns* Preparing daily/weekly/monthly progress reports to update stakeholders on project status and budget* Visiting site and recognizing snags during handover stage and making sure all are covered before handover to the operations team

Job Description/Responsibilities at Al Abbas Interior Environment LLC:Working as Senior Project Engineer, managing all interior fit out project activities. Have worked into Office fit out, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, Hotels, Villa's etc related projects.Brief job description:* Assisting project manager from inception to completion* Schedule, monitor and control respective fit out projects assigned to me * Develop procurement and time schedule for each project* Insure that all parties are involved in the project including subcontractors * Prepare and submit a report weekly basis shows; daily site pre & post activities, procurement schedule, risk registry, sample approval status etc* Oversee the daily site works and issuing site instructions * Coordinating on a regular basis with the subcontractors* Review and coordinate with the related departments about the material / drawing submitted to make sure all submittals are as per schedule * Manage and coordinate with other consultant and contractor engineers about the requirements of project and update the required input* Insure project completion within the agreed schedule and budget while assisting project manager* Followup with deliverables of subcontractors, site engineers, suppliers, design team and report the activities in a regular basis to project manager* Problem solving of technical issues with subcontractors, design team, main contractor and MEP contractors* Interacting with client and freezing the technical and finishing specifications* Review/ Prepare variations from/for contractors as per contract * Review authority approval and shop drawings before submitting to respecting authority approvals also before site executions* Supervise and coordinate with quality control department in regard to application of related standards at sites* Manage and carry out all fit out works
