My primary work in offices: As administrative assistant to line officers or managers, including assisting with all aspects of administrative organization, maintaining a directory, managing inventory of assets and supplies, monitoring the critical level of inventory, identifying suppliers, submitting invoices, coordinating between departments and units working on a solution Administrative and operational problems on a daily basis.

Under the general guidance, supervision of the Executive Housekeeper, the Ass. Housekeeper, within the limits of established IHC, local Hotel Policies and Procedures, supervises assigned areas of the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department.RELATIONSHIPS1. Reports to the Linen Room Supervisor, Ass. Executive Housekeeper, and Executive Housekeeper.2. Provides supervision of assigned housekeeping personnel.3. Interacts with guests, housekeeping subordinates, peers, supervisors as well as other departmental staff and contractors.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Trains Housekeeping staff according to set departmental standards, policies and Procedures and informs superior on performance.2. Assigns staff to respective areas on daily basis.3. Supervises the activities of public Area Attendants to ensure clean, attractive, well-maintained outlets and public areas as well as services areas, offices, and staff facilities areas according to set standards.4. Monitors attendants schedules in order to ensure privacy and guest satisfaction in outlets and public areas.5. Attends daily Housekeeping operation meeting and acts on special instructions.6. Maintains appropriate standards of dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and conduct of housekeeping employees.

RELATIONSHIPS 1. Reports directly to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper or delegate. 2. Provides supervision of assigned housekeeping personnel. 3. Interacts with guests, housekeeping subordinates, peers' superiors as well as other departmental staff.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Trains Housekeeping staff according to toe set departmental standards and policies and procedures and informs superior on performance.2. Assigns staff to respective areas on daily basis.3. Supervises the activities of Floor Attendants to ensure clean, attractive, and well-maintained guest rooms, hallway, and service areas according to set standards to achieve prompt courteous service.4. Monitors floor attendants to ensure that SCC and VIP guests receive special attention and amenities.5. Maintains appropriate standards of dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and conduct of housekeeping employees.6. Attends daily housekeeping operations meeting and acts on special instructions.7. Establishes effective employee relations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. To supervise the Laundry operations ensuring that the hotel standards and procedures are fully known and followed.2. To supervise outsourced laundry services, for quality and standard procedures.3. To ensure all the equipment utilized in the laundry is well set-up and maintained and the related instructions and cycles are well adapted and followed-up.4. To ensure a correct and economical use of all the chemicals and that the formulas are respected.5. To ensure a proper storage of the chemicals, respecting the environmental procedures.6. To maintain the linen and laundry par stocks.
